The whites have higher rates of civic engagement as compared to the nonwhites. The basic reason is that cultural diversity and the concepts of global perspectives have changed the number of reasons why the concept of civic engagement is too adaptive in specific areas. There has been a couple of cases where civil engagement has proven to be the most effective way of increasing the population (Hodgson, 1991).Actually, that was the basic event where the native Americans were forced to have a marriage with nonwhite, and there has been a couple of cases where it actually happened.
